I already have a Shopify store. Do I need a rebuild?
Usually not. Most stores can sell noticeably better with focused changes to the theme they already have, which is exactly what an optimisation sprint is for. If a rebuild genuinely makes more sense, I'll tell you why.
Why does a new build only take 4 weeks?
Four weeks is enough when the scope is focused and the process is proven. I work within Shopify's ecosystem, customise a professional theme properly, and make clear decisions early so the build stays efficient, without cutting corners.
Will I be able to manage the store myself after launch?
Yes. You'll receive a recorded walkthrough covering updates, product management, and basic changes, and the build avoids unnecessary custom code. The goal is ownership and clarity, not ongoing dependency.
What if I need features outside what's included?
Anything outside the core scope is reviewed and quoted separately before work begins. If something adds clear value to your store, I'll recommend it. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.
